  1. Specification & Initial Design

Even a small residential Tube Well may be used for a variety of purposes - washing dishes/cars, showers, watering lawns & gardens. Proper HYDROLOGICAL INVESTIGATION helps to design Tube Well specification and to establish an estimate of costs, reduce changes in the drilling plan, and reduce the costs associated with changes in the plan to adapt to actual conditions.

  2. Site Preparation
Site preparation is more complicated on larger projects, but is generally required on all projects due to the size of the machinery involved in the project. Some projects only need a load of gravel laid down on the road, others need whole roads & drilling pads constructed with containment ponds and surface water management. A site visit and a clear specification from the Owner is necessary for most site preps to proceed.

  3. Drilling
The Tube Well drilling process, much like a perk test, is the discovery phase of the process. Once a drill bit is advanced, and casing begins going down the bore, we discover the actual geology present under the site, the aquifer location, and the wells potential for meeting the design established. Drilling often takes 1 to 3 days, sometimes longer for more complicated projects.

  4. Well Screening & Development
Tube Well screening is the process of putting a PVC screen in the aquifer to sort the aquifer and around the well and allow water to enter the well through a larger surface area of the well. Proper screening is followed by lengthy well development where we use a drilling rig to establish a natural well filter pack around the screen – this process sorts the gravels & sands around the screen and creates large amount of open area around the screen.

  5. Aquifer Pumping Tests and Water Quality Analysis
After the screening & development, pumping tests can begin using test equipment. Pumping tests allow for the Tube Well to be put through its paces – determination of actual well yields, specific capacity, aquifer characteristics, and water quality can all be established during this phase. Water samples are usually collected at the end of the pumping test and delivered to certified laboratories (NWS & DB or WRB) for analysis.

  6. Well Pump and System Design
Using the information gathered from the prior phases of work, a permanent Pumping System can be designed to deliver the required flow rates & pressure to the end users requirements. With this design, an estimate of costs can be developed.

  7. Water Treatment Design
If it's determined that water treatment or conditioning is necessary, we'll either design the system or have an engineer design it, and provide a cost estimate at this time.

  8. Well Pump Installation
Pump installation is generally done by the involment of pump dealer to lower the pump and motor to near the bottom of the Tube Well

  9. Water treatment system installation

  10. Water quality post treatment analysis

  11. Periodic maintenance and system upkeep

Honesty & integrity in our work is very important to us. We work to educate the consumer on how their water system works. Consumer education leads to higher levels of confidence in choosing a service provider. Confident customers are happy customers, and happy customers tell co-workers, friends, and family members that we're the consultants to call for their next water system project.
